My goal is to guide and motivate you every step of the way! I offer individual and group sessions for weight loss, strength gains, and general wellness.
Classes include (but are not limited to): core classes, bootcamps, better backs and stretching, circuits, stability ball and resistance bands, and self-myofascial release. I always love coming up with new classes that can fit your group!

Personal training services are offered both in-person and virtually. Sessions are specific to your individual goals. Sessions can be done in Jackie The Trainer's studio, in your home, or online.
This is great to have a personal experience geared specifically to your fitness goals. I create customized exercise programs for your individual needs and fitness level. I will motivate you every step of the way, whether you need an extra push in your workout or support in your healthy eating. I will continually evaluate as workouts progress. We work on your fitness and nutrition goals together and come up with a plan that works to fit your lifestyle. These sessions can be in-person, virtual, or a combination of both.
Group training sessions are for both individuals and businesses, focusing on a variety of workout programs designed to improve your overall health and wellness. There are currently classes you can join, or you can create your own in your neighborhood or at your work! I can even do one-off classes for a special event.
Retreat, conference and corporate workshops: I'm available for in-person or virtual workouts of your group's choice. Are you hoping for some stretching and band work before you start your day or a quick sweat session after a long day of meetings? I would love to work with you in creating an environment that your group will enjoy!
Self Myo-Fascial Release:
This class will focus on lengthening and stretching the entire body. SMR is a specific type of stretching that is done with either a foam roller or tennis or lacrosse ball. These items help massage through the muscles and release any tender “trigger points”, leaving to your body feeling less pain, having more mobility, and a better range of motion.
This class will take you through the proper form for exercises that will be used to create a lower intensity full body workout. If you are new to exercise, proper form is a must to get the most out of your workout and to reduce the risk of injuries.
Better Backs and Stretching:
This is a class for all fitness levels, but especially helpful for those with mid-to low-back tightness. We go through a series of exercises and stretches to help loosen tight muscles that result from day to day tasks such as sitting, manual labor, or just from sleeping funny. We train the core and strengthen the glutes and back muscles which aims at reducing back pain by having a stronger base.
A workout that focuses on strengthening core muscle groups- your back, abs, and glutes. Modifications can be given to increase and decrease the intensity.
This full-body workout rotates through strength and cardio intervals. During class you will increase your heart rate, build lean muscles, and keep your body moving! No equipment is necessary as I can create a class with body weight exercises, bands, balls, or weights - whatever your preference.
Bootcamps (HITT and long stretch options):
This is a high-intensity class that pushes your body's limits! It is a full body workout that has higher reps, less rest and demands more from you each session. Long warm up paired with a high intensity workout and a long cool down. Optional HITT style. Some groups choose to pair this high-intensity workout with a stretch series.
Stability Ball and Bands:
This is a strength based class, similar to our circuits, focusing on full body exercises using the Stability ball, resistance bands, and sliders. An all-level class that uses your muscles and gets your heart rate going!
