Initial Fitness Assessment
Evaluation includes an interview to define goals, posture and muscle assessment, and fitness level. Usually lasts 30 minutes.
Individualized Training Sessions $70*/hour
In-home and gym training is available. Sessions include instruction, motivation and program design. Functional training to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Pair Training (2-4 people) $40*/person
Similar to individual sessions, but workouts are designed for a small group format.
Boot Camps/Small Group Training (5 person minimum) $15*/person
Cardio and resistance training done in a continuous circuit, to increase your metabolism and fat-burning ability. Can be done in-home or public park settings.
Grocery Tour $60*/person
How to read ingredient lists, where the bulk of your shopping cart should be filled and basic recipe adaptations for healthier options. Shopping services also available for an additional charge.
