Healthy Recipe or Snack 

Kale Salad:
-Wash and dry Kale, remove leaves, discard stems, cut into bite-size pieces
-Mix with 1 TBS olive oil, 1 clove minced 
garlic, chopped walnuts, feta cheese, sliced red pepper and, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper
*Eat and enjoy throughout the week!
