What's more important right now than your health and the health of your baby?
I have experience working with many pregnant women as well as maintaining an exercise program during my own pregnancy! Being healthy during pregnancy is so important; exercising is one of the gifts you can give to both yourself and your baby on the way! Exercise helps reduce stress, better prepares you for labor, helps with recovery after labor, is healthy for the baby, helps reduce back pain and weight gain, and makes you feel great!
*Sessions are convenient, I come to your home and bring my equipment to help give you a safe and effective workout
*Sessions can also be done at my in-home studio
*Sessions are based on your fitness level prior to pregnancy as well as your current trimester
Group Mommy-to-Be Classes $25/person**
(Minimum of 3 people)
*Classes are a great way to stay in shape throughout your pregnancy
*Classes are with your friends who are expecting or you can be placed with other's expecting (depending on your preference)
*Classes create a fun, results-based atmosphere that helps you prepare with other women who know what you are going through
**Prices vary on location, number of participants, and number of days training
Post-Natal Classes-"Baby Weight"
Now that your beautiful baby is here, it's going to be hard to get time in for yourself to shower - let alone workout!
I am here to help you with that: I bring the workout to you, in the comfort of your own home when it works for you.
It is so beneficial to take the time for yourself, even if it's stealing a half-hour so you can be a better you and a better mom.
Sessions are to help you get back on track with your workouts and start feeling fit again!
"Baby Weight" - Baby joins our session
*I have created a special program where your baby is part of the workout
*You get to do something good for yourself - focus on your health - while bonding with your baby
*Exercises are safe for both you and baby and help you to lose that "baby weight!"
"Baby Weight" - Baby's sleeping/Time for just you!
*This program still focuses on helping you get back into shape and feel your best
*This time is just for you and workouts are programmed to celebrate "you" time, which is so hard to get!
*Sessions take into account what type of delivery you've had, how far post-pardum you are, and what your fitness level was throughout pregnancy
*A safe and effective way to take off that "baby weight!"
